This morning, while out for a bicycle ride on my new Trek bike, I stopped at a liquor store and bought a bottle of bourbon. As I was about to leave, I thought to myself that if I fell of the bike, the bottle would break. So, I drank all of the bourbon before I cycled home.

It turned out to be a very good decision, as I fell off my bike seven times on the way home...

it is a real bitch to try and ride a bike when one is DRUNK.............. got the scars to prove it

Here in Oz if caught you would be charged with PCA ( Prescribed Content of Alcohol )

We've had people charged for impaired driving on a handicapped scooter, bicycle is not motorized, so you're good.

When I was a teenager I lived in a rural town and they charged a person I knew with Drink Driving as it was called back in the 60's. He was riding his horse home after a night at the Pub.

I tried that once + the when the constable arrived my only comment was "So What! Are you going to arrest me for sleeping while intoxdicated!?
