A murderer is condemned to death. He has to choose between three rooms.

The first is full of raging fires, the second is full of assassins with loaded guns, and the third is full of lions that haven't eaten in three
years.

Which room is safest for him?

Well, if he is a charming fellow, I guess he might get along famously in room 2. For a real safe place, I think he'd do best in room 3, seeing as how the lions would have starved to death about 2.5 years ago and pretty well dried out by now.
