I wanted to go to Alaska fishing again this year. Wanted to try a location that we could fish earlier than Valdez which we normally go to in August. I did a bit of internet searching and found terry Wurta, Chicobi Charters in Pelican Alaska. I spoke to Terry on the Phone and booked with him on the spot. Deposit sent and the planning started. We booked for three days of fishing and rented Terry's 4 bedroom house right on the Pelican Alaska harbour. There would be 6 of us in total on the trip. We had a blast and great fishing. everyone we met siad you got the best captain in Pelican. We could not disagree. Limited out with King salmon, halibut yellow eyes, every day. Plus added silvers to the mix.
