Hallo!my favorite is fried in the pan !but you can also cook them! and make nice fish cakes of them!!

there is no limited as this is the most common fish in the norwegian wathers!normally weight is 2.7 kg with some caught of 10-17 kg worldrecord is 22 kg and somthing!!we normally only takes 10-15 each but somtimes its difficult to stop!!he he
