Anyone fished for Taimen in Mongolia?

I watched a deal on one of our 20 channels of National Geographic the other day where Vinnie Jones the actor/footballer/outdoorsman extraordanaire fishes all over Mongolia trying to catch one.

Neat stuff, anyone else in Europe catch it?

Amazing Adventues I think the show was called.

Is it available on DVD?

Here'some caught by Jason Roussos (Ethiopian Rift Valley Safaris) about 2 springs ago. He was the guest of a Russian Client. Looks to be about 80 pounds. Yes, it was released.

Nice fish and I know they get bigger. I would love to catch one on a big mouse imitation with my 10 weight.
