Muskie Fishing - Lake St. Clair
Some of us A-R guys got together to do a "Wednesday skip work" day, muskie fishing on Lake St. Clair. We went with Brad Haggitt of Greenhead Guide Service, out of Belle River,Ontario. It was hot and calm but he put us on top of fish. He likes to claim that he does a muskie an hour....it's not brag if you can do it. We actually had 7 muskie strikes and boated three. One cut a line close to the boat. We caught quite a few smallmouth bass and walleye as well.

Understand that this was within 20 miles of Tiger Stadium (City of Detroit), where they played the All-Star Game Tuesday night.

The first photo happens to be my youngest son, Rev. Dave Norman. He was surrounded by rough talking, beer drinking types on this trip. But he's used to it as that is the way his Dad acts. He won the Texas Hold 'em poker Tournament the night before.

Second photo is Rick Cassidy, Vice President of the Detroit Chapter SCI.

Last photo is SCI Detroit Chapter Board Member Mike Smith. He posts on A-R under the name of...."Mike Smith".

All three were over 40 inches.
