Lamarthe oil from your diesel pickup/tractor will work fine.

There is an insecticide called "Sevin" that will work. Get the powdered form of it and sprinkle a little bit around the entrance holes the bees are using. We had a nest at the bottom step of the back porch and this took care of them in short order. Apply it at night or early in the morning when it is still cool and the bees shouldn't be a problem. This also works well for ants.
