My, how Zimbabwe might have been different had the Matabele been allowed to finish the job. . . .
Yes that's true........Zimbabwe would now be ruled by a Matabele despot insted of a "Shona despot.

zimFrostyThe Save is indeed included in the above article. I know that several owners have been approached by "new partners" who want what they consider is their peice of the cake. Unfortunately and most alarmingly, it seems some of these self styled new land owners have sought advice and financial backing from certain quarters in the white community. In one case, the white owner of a property which is well known to many AR readers, has teamed up with two war veterans in an attempt to take over a property in the Save Conservancy. He has even been to the property and advised the owners that he is now in partnership with the war vets and intends on building a lodge on the property and taking over all hunting rights. Let me restate this. This is a well known white businessman who already owns a property, well known for its leopard and plains game, who has teamed up with two war vets to try and force the legitimate owners of a Save conservancy property into a partnership. so much for indigenisation .
The name of the individual and his property will become public knowledge shortly abd I am sure everyone will be just as shocked as I was when I was told the facts.
All I can say is its a very sad day when an individual stoops this low and loses all respect for his fellow farmers and ranchers.
