BuffHunter63Tracking Book Published In 1929
I recently bought a book about tracking that was first published in 1929.
On a chapter about Birds of Prey, he urged all sportsmen to kill every one (hawks, eagles, owls) they see in order to help save the small game and game birds.
He also stated that any sportsman worth his name should kill at least one mountain lion for every 4 or 5 deer they kill.
Interesting how perspectives have changed.

Kill all the buffalo, get rid of the Indians.

Our perspective has changed dramatically.

meteThat comment is incredible if you have ever seen Hawk Mountain PA during migration .
Was the author responsible for the end of the carrier pigeon ?
