60 grain Hornady .224 in 1-12 twist
I happened to come into 1000 Hornady 60 HP bullets and wonder if they are too long for the 1-12 twist of my Remington 700 ADL. Anyone use this bullet in this twist at around 3000 fps? Bullet length is .790.

They shoot really well out of my 1-9 twist AR15 but I haven't had time to do any load developement with the Remington 700. Unlike most 223 rifles I have owned this one is a bit picky about what it shoots but saturday if I am not hunting I am going to the range to check this bullet out in the bolt rifle. I definitly prefer to shoot my reloads out of a bolt action.
