Winchester XTR 70 .222

Does anyone know the twist rate for these rifles? Also does anyone have any loads and prjectiles that work well in these rifles? Im just after some info for somewhere to start.

I could be wrong, but think its 1 in 14, that vintage

That's my memory as well....and the 40-53 grain bullets work fine in them.
