What is the parent case, can't find out any info, any information would be appreciated.

My reference is the "Handloaders Manual of Cartridge Conversions".
Page 417 says it is a 6mm-284 trimmed to 2.13" Weatherby-type shoulder.

He also says Ackley books, Volume 2, page 147. It is in there. Dies are available. FL size and fire form. Credited to a gentleman named Ralph Payne, who owned a gun shop in Ventura, CA.
