Horn-HarvesterReloader 15 & 19
Do you guys find these two powders to be temperature sensitive? I see these two pop up a lot in the calibers i shoot and was wondering about extreme cold more that hot. Any info would be appreciated.

ramrod340I use both and haven't had an issue.

DMBI use RL-15 in my 284 Winchester. It cut my groups in half over the 4350 I had been using before switching over. Groups went from 3/4" at 100 yards to less than 1/2". Good stuff. No problems. I have some RL-19, but haven't used any of it yet.

BohicaI use R-22 in my 6.5-06 and get the best of both world in regards to velocity and accuracy. Never noticed any problem with sensitivity.

dsmit50RL15 is my choice for my 308 and 150gr bullets. I sighted in 2" high at 100 yds at 65 degrees then shot the same setup at 10 degrees and was 4" low at 100 yds. When I shot again in warmer weather the groups were 2" high. I plan to try more powders to determine if if was the powder's fault.

ldkierNever a problem with thermal sensitivity in either. Chronograph much the same velocity summer or winter temps, maybe a few fps less in extreme cold. Accuracy much the same.

That seems to be quite a lot and cannot be explained by slightly lower velocity. Was there possibly the barrel touching the stock?
