Model 61 Winchester 22 WMR
Just picked up a Winchester Model 61 22 WMR. Looks like it stood in the corner of a farm house and collected dust more than it was shot. Given that it is a pump action rifle, I am amazed at the accuracy with CCI 40 grain jacketed hollow points. I put a Leupold 2x7 Rimfire scope on it. As a youngster, I fell in love with this model gun in the early 60's as it sat in a glass case at Sears and Roebuck. They were $70.

Good luck with your M61.

I used one in 22 lr for years as my primary small game rifle.

Great little guns. I inherited one from my father.

I have had a couple of them over the years, great turkey gun but they got too valueable and I sold them, big mistake on my part..They all shot very well indeed. and they sure a pretty gun..Today I have a very worn junker 5mm Rem. that looks like drift wood and stainless steel but and its so accurate its scary so Ive kept it over since its introduction. but it is plumb ugly now and was ugly when I bought it.
