Browning Micro Hunter .22 Hornet
Why does .22 Hornet have a 22 inch barrel when the 22-250, 243, 7mm-08 and 308 all have 20 inch barrels?

That is an interesting point, Tina.

i've had one for quite awhile - I rechamber it to K hornet (but then I do that to almost all my hornets) mine shoots a bit less than 3/4 minutes. very consistant piece. only things I don't care much for is the glassy stock finish and the mag. Kind of clumsy loading

I didn't know they built these in .22 Hornet.
I will have to go check one out. I have been lurking for a Hornet for several years.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you, Low Wall. Naw, don't have one, just looking for something to shoot groundhogs with. Thanks for the info everyone, I love these forums!

Welcome to the forums, and consider the ranges you may shoot the groundhogs at, there will be a difference in performance when compared to the larger cartridges.
