Rem VLS, one in 9.. target and varmint work.. 120 grain bullets and down...

Ruger 77 Mk 2: one in 8 twist... any bullet from 85 HP to 160 grain RN...

Few powders do poorly in a 260...especially with the one in 8 twist..

A reporter did a human-interest piece on the Texas Rangers. The reporter recognized the Colt Model 1911 the Ranger was carrying and asked him "Why do you carry a 45?" The Ranger responded, "Because they don't make a 46."

The twist rate is 1to7.5.

Have only shot factory ammo so far, and it likes the 150 gr bullets better than the 140gr. That is with federal ammo spitzers.

This is a DPMS.
