Anybody dealt with this gunshop?
Can anybody shed light on experiences/dealings of this gunshop please, I am looking to purchase a rifle from them - they look very genuine but would like some verification please, I am in the UK and cannot access Guns America for a rating.

The shop is "Pats Sporting Goods, Waynesburg, PA"

Thanks

Long way from me so I sure don't know em. One thing I've heard from another friend in the UK as well as one in NZ and several Aussie's is that a lot if not most gun shops in the States aren't interested in jumping through all the hoops it take to ship firearms internationally. Firearms are actually a low profit margin item and not worth the bother I'd guess.
Don't know that for sure but I've heard it more than once.

I don't believe it is a full shop any more. I think the owner now specializes in higher ticker items and works from his home. They have been around for about 8 years and I have bought a couple of guns with absolutely no problems.

I bought a Cooper 22 mag from them 3-4 years ago, with no problem.

I haven't been speaking to Pat, I have dealt with Mike Butsch.

Is this who you have also dealt with?

Nightwalker UK; May I ask what your looking into ?.

If it's a Rifle purchase ?, what's required on YOUR end of the pond ?.
I'm curious as to UK policy's on Firearm transportation as well as owner ship Ammo limitations that type of thing .

MontDoug is correct about off the shelf or factory weapons profit margins are to SLIM with the advent of the internet sales .

Sorry I've never dealt with that particular outfit ,so no help to you there .

If you find a rifle you wish to purchase, you could always have it shipped to Griffin & Howe. They handle international shipping on a regular basis. They have handled shipping a pair of shotguns to the UK for a recondition.
