Has anyone dealt w/ Bear Basin? Are they a good, reputable place to do business with? Any info would greatly be appreciated.

I've bought a couple of scopes from them. Happy with service and will buy from again.

I've only bought one scope from them so far, but the service was hassle free and the shipping was very fast. I'll buy from the again.

Two different orders for me. One was prefect, but in the other one they included a wrong set of lenscaps (value $15 or so) They didn't respond to two emails, so I don't deal with them anymore.



I've been pleased with The opticzone which is owned by a guy who posts on AR, mostly in the optics forum (Jon Jacocevic -- pardon the spelling). Better prices on what I wanted than Bear Basin too.

In my experience, Bear Basin has been very helpfull and a good company to deal with. I have purchased several scopes from them and do not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I have gotten 6 scopes from them. There was mix-up on one, they sent the same power rifle scope instead of the pistol scope I ordered. I called them and they overnighted the correct scope without waiting for me to return the other scope. They have always had excellent customer service. Their guys also know what they are talking about.

When I look for optics, I always go to Bear basin 1st. I bought my range finder and a scope from them. Fast service. My only complaint (which probably, really isn't one) is that you can't order online. My impression is that their people know what they're doing too. I'll continue using them. Bear in Fairbanks

I'v bought a rangefinder and 2 scopes from them. On each order which was made in the afternoon I was told they'd try to get it out that day and they did!
