Converting Savage .223 to a Tactical 20

I want to convert my Savage FP 10 .223 to a Tactical 20. I will be getting a new stock and I like the varmint/tactical stock on Sharp Shooter Supply. I am not sure which barrel maker to select. Krieger, Douglas, Lija, etc? Any suggestions?
