DigitalDanSaw a slew of pictures on rimfire central awhile back with .10, .12, .14, and .17 cal rounds made from .22 LR brass. The perpetrator simply had the dies made that allowed him to reform the .22 brass after pulling the bullets. He used the salvaged powder for reloading. Said that getting the barrels made was not that difficult, but making the bullets was a massive pain in the ass. They were JHP designs.
