Yes, there is: www.sako.fi But for the data you have to write a mail.

They answer, but sometimes a bit slowly. I sent a question about an old Sako/FN M98. A month later I found a paper mail in the mailbox. Correct adress on the envelope, but in the letter I was called "Mr Jenkins". However, I got fine information about manufacturing year and about the exportation.

Harry Hunter was / is the founder of the now defunct Sako collectors associartion, of which I was proudly a director... He had extensive files on dates of manufacture and so on regarding "older" rifles. You might try him via a posting. He's the best for a smelly old man.
