Beauty new rifle for me
Guys
I just picked a sweet 22 hornet. It is a Krico with double set triggers. Shot one group with the crummy 3-9 scope on it yesterday and 2 of those 35gr vmax's went into the same hole at 100 yards. So last night I loaded up some 12.8 and 13.0 Lilgun loads with the 35gr vmax bullet, new brass with Win sm pistol primers.
Then I changed out the 3200 3-9 for a Nikon Buckmaster 6-18. Can't find a model number on the rifle, but it looks to be an older model. Heading to the range in a couple of hours. Can't wait. FS

I've never owned one, but the German-made Krico's had a reputation as a very well-made and accurate rifle. I have an old (1949) BRNO .22 Hornet with double set triggers and it has me totally spoiled.

If your Krico's magazine has adequate length to load the 40 grain V-Max (or similar Sierra or Nosler poly-tipped bullets) you might find them more accurate and less subject to wind drift. The little 35 grain V-Max is a real exploder, however, on small varmints like gophers and prairie dogs.

I have a ZiDi 22 Hornet with double trigger and it is a beautiful rifle.
Never really tried it for accuracy, I must admit.
