This is actually quite easy to accomplish, here in Canada.

All you have to do is to get a Canadian P.A.L. and then you can buy firearms in Canada; Americans can get these documents and, if you hunt here, it's a good idea.

Then, you advertise in "Canadian Access To Firearms" for one and you should be able to find a nice 21-H or 22-H for about $650.00 CDN. They are cheaper here than in the USA as there are more of them and most young guys now want things like Tikka T3s......

The 21-F and 22-F fullstocked models are fairly rare, but, they do surface, every so often. They go for about $850.00-1500.00 depending on type and condition.
