I am new to this so need a bitof help
My friend would like to register a cartridge that he developed some time ago. He is not on line so I am asking on his behalf. He lives in central Europe so I suppose CIP is the correct route. I have written a few emails but did not get a reply from them at all........

Your friend should contact a Proove-house.
Just guess, in germany it´s named BESCHUßAMT, and follow their advise....
He´ll need a lot of time, REAL good made Ammo, and a test-Barrel made....
