I'm looking into getting a custom Mauser 257 roberts, and want to make the conversion to 257 WSM..>NOT the WSSM, mind you. Anyone out here shoot one the 25 WSM? If so, how hard was it getting dies and a reamer?

There are a couple of them been talked about at www.shortmags.org and I don't think they are disappointed. Try over there and see what you can dig up. 6.5WSM is popular too...

You probably won't be able to make a mauser into a WSM, the WSM case is just to big around to have a safe rifle. Even if it is the same, you will probably have feeding problems. You would probably be better to make a nice 25-06 on a mauser. If you have to have a 25WSM, get a Win, Browning etc that is made specifically for that cartridge.
