I have had passed to me by my brother a rifle my Dad had. It's a 264 Williams, marked as "William S. Williams Rifles" and the barrel is also inscribed Bill's Gunshop, Odessa, Texas.

Anybody every heard of this riflemaker, shop or their rifles??

Action appears to be an Argentine Mauser, and it's supposed to be a very accurate rifle.
Problem is, no one seems to know where the dies might be.

Still, pretty interesting, clearly a Wildcat and I thought some member of the forum might know something about it.

The .264 Williams was developed in 1951 and is based on the .30-'06 Springfield case. Shoulder diameter is .443, length to shoulder is 2.070 Shoulder angle is 28º. Case length is 2.502 on the data I have. Case capacity is roughly 70-grains.

That's very similar to the 30 Gibbs. Just about .080" shorter body and one more degree of shoulder angle.
