6.5x221 and 338x221?

Does anyone have any info on these 2 cartridges?

Google 6.5 and 338 Whisper...SSK has some info on it... Quarterbore and a couple of other forums have some bits. Mostly done on the T/C Encore. Some of the silencer forums have info also.

Case has about 24 gr H2O in the 338 basically straight walled version.

Interesting toys to play with.
