I have never seen such a cartridge, but suppose it would be to the .308 like the 7mm/'08 is to the 7X57, or the .243 Win. is to the 6mm Rem., etc.

Anybody use this round? Would this be better on an Intermediate action than a 308? I'm not all that intrested, it's raining and I can't get out. capt david

Well yes it would but in a mod. 98 length action to handle the 250 gr. rn bullet seated out to take advantage of that deep throat.It's not raining here in CA. but shooting more than two days in a row tends to draw my wife's attention. roger
