Roll EyesForest, when you say 22 X 6mm That implies the wildcat that is simply a .244 ( 6mm Rem) necked down to .224. I'm sure on the Gunsmith forum you could find a reamer . Finding the dies might be another story.
Boom Stick seems to have a lot of knowledge on what exists and where to go in the Wildcat world. He may be able to help you find the people and tooling you need.
old On the other hand wildcats based on the .243 might be an easier way to go if for no other reason availability of BRASS.

dancingThe 6.5 R Bar is doing nicely thank you. beer roger

There's several flavors.
The Texas Trophy Hunter was a fad for a while (The 22 TTH). Not entirely sure what the difference is from a regular 22-6mm.
There's also the 22-6mm Improved.

4D shows all three (unaffiliated / not an endorsement).

I have one, it uses reg 6mm brass necked down to .224. Some versions the necks have to be turned. It seem to remember someone from Shooting Times magazine, Rick Jaimison? had a version with the turned neck.

easy enough to make cases and load them.
body size with the 6mm rem dies and neck size with a 22-250 or 223 WSSM size die.

Roll EyesThe 22-250 would also size down the body somewhat. beerroger

Actually balistically one would be surprised how little difference there is in any of them within reason, if that's what you mean by how close..
