I just started loading & shooting one of these in a 22" Contender carbine. Mine is called a 25 / 225 Improved but I think that is identical to the 257 JDJ. What is a reasonable velocity to expect to work up to with 85 gr. and 100 gr. bullets? If any of you guys shoot one of these I would appreciate your comments.
