Seems to be a longer 375 Ruger case made in 96

You could make all kinds of things including a longer 375 Ruger or anything from 458 on down. An 8.53 or 338 Scramjet would be interesting and easy to neck up to be an easy 338 Win Mag conversion to be a 338 Lapua lite on a Rem 700 conversion.
