35 Brown Whelen loads
I just recently became the proud new owner of a 35 Brown Whelen. I don't have any load info on it as of yet and was wondering if any of you guys have one and have any pet loads that are tried and true??? ANY load info would be appreciated.

Thanks

Ivan

I used to have a 35 whelen ackley, not quite the capacity of the brown, about 1/2 way between the std chamber and the brown.

I would advise using std 35 whelen data, and working up from there. Reloader 15 and Varget are outstanding powders for 250 gr bullets. You can also have fun shooting 35 cal pistol bullets with 10-15 grs of Unique or Universal clays.

Thanks for the info... If it wouldn't be to much trouble Snaper, I would really like a copy of that article.
