Mark DobrenskiMoki-if trying to be fur friendly go with the 55 NBT, if you don't care about the pelts then try the 70 NBT or the 75 Vmax.
I've used my 6/06 a lot for yotes so I kind of have an idea as to how to go about it.

mokiI have now tried 70gr Nosler BT's with IMR 4350 powder and get an average of 3600fps from my 21" barrel.
I switched too CCI BR-2 LR bench rest primers and had my groups shrink to the best I have ever had since I rechambered the rifle.
I still need to do a bit more work but as of right now I am finally extremely happy with the results I am getting with this rifle/cartridge combo.
Thanks
