6.5 White Express Rimmed???

6.5 White Express Rimmed???
Has anyone had experience with this cartridge? It is supposed to be something very near a 6.5x284. I would like to know the parent case for this cartirdge and the approximate COL. I'm looking at rechambering a rilfe and this may work.
