Anyone have any ideas about finding domeone to make UNREBATED RUM brass, preferably Basic?

Seems like someone set up to make RUM brass could skip the rebate step/headstamp step and sell at least some to the widcat market as an easy source for Jeffery-like cartridges.
Pointless if it has to be a high-dollar special run, though.

Mast Technologies offers .450 N.E.3 1/4 Basic for $47 / 20 in rim thickness of .040 and .060.

I'm not sure if those are current prices as I saw no date on their web site.

Dieter Horneber in Germanny makes rum Brass adn I guess you would have no trouble reciving blank ones that is not rebated. The cases are not cheap but I doubt there is any better brass to get anywere on the globe
