I have a Rem 592 and I want to rebarrel for the 17 or 22 CCM case,but there is NO source to buy some.

Anyone have a reliable source for this brass, or want to sell some?

Either that or I'll rebarrel for the 17HRM, I would prefer the centerfire case if possible.

I have tried the 22 hornet case, but the rim is about .010-.020" to big for the inside magazine tube.

Any reasonable ideas/suggestions, I am trying to see if a Ruger 22 hornet magazine can be made to fit and feed at this time, then there are no big worries.

Any help would be greatly apprecited.

or, perhaps, have the bolt hardened and redone to the it bitty new fn round?
