Hello i'm wondering if anybody has played around with the 270 savage I remember reading about some smith's doing this in the 40's and fifties by necking down the 300 savage i know krause ,charles evans,bliss titus and roy triplett all did this.As early as 1942 I have nice collection of 99's and figured this would be a real nice twist to the collection i was hoping to run across someone that knows a little more about it
