25 TCU?
Anyone have any experience with this one? Mostly 75gr and 100gr bullets. Am going to try one in 10" Contender. Thanks for the input.

Blackhawk 44 I have two and they are by far my favorite guns. One is 15" pistol, the other is a 21" carbine. Both of mine are t/c custom shop barrels and have very long thoats. As such neither shoot 75 gr bullets as well as heavier/longer bullets. For 85 nosler BT I use 24.5 gr IMR 4198, or 29 gr of AA2460 for about 2700fps (15" barrel). These loads also work well for 87gr speers. For 100gr bullets I use either W748 (30gr) or AA2460 (28.5gr) for about 2500fps.

My first case finally died. I've loaded 40 cases (winchester) over 700 times--thats 17.5 (?) loads per case-- not bad at all. [Eek!]

Go to MSSMagnum's Single shot forum I have some other load data there in the database. web page

Thanks lots. Looks like a good start. Have a VVCG 10" to get cranking. May even try some reduced to 256/25-20 levels with Blue Dot. Hope to find more loads for flake and stick powder to save on the flash and concussion of ball. Thanks again.
