Where to get auxiliary cartridge adapters?
Does anybody know where I could purchase (or have made) some auxiliary cartridge adapters to shoot the following calibres?

9mm Makarov in a 9.3x62mm
9mm Makarov in a 9.3x64mm Brenneke
.45 Colt in a .450 3 1/4" NE

www.mcace advertises adapters for common cartridges and makes custom adapters. Haven't tried them myself so I can't vouch for the quality.
