.338 x .375 Ruger
I am interested in doing one and would like some feedback from those who already have. Specifically, I am looking to build a gun and load around bullets in the 200 to 225-grain range using a 23 to 24-inch barrel.

Be patient.....I have a sneaking hunch it's going to be a commercial round in a short time! If not it should be.

It should approximate the .340 Weatherby if that helps you!

Its been done by the wildcatters and its a great round apparantly..I am told Ruger has one in the shelves awaiting production at some point. However, I don't see how one could improve on the .338 Win., its such a fantastic round as anyone that has used it to any extent will testify to. I personally wouldn't want more velocity or more recoil, if I did then I would grab my .375 H&H or whatever.
But if I were playing games and I tend to do so, I would be thinking about a 9.3x375 Ruger and the 320 gr. Woodleighs. Holy smokes! BOOM
