shootitI've made my decision!
Thanks in large part to the input provided by the forum members here on this great site, I've made my decision as to which caliber to build on my 1909 Argentine 98. I'm going to rebarrel to a 338-06 or a 35 Whelan or a 257 Rbts or, or.

Ok, so I just narrowed it down some.

Anyway, thanks to all who provided input to my post. If anyone has a high quality "extra" barrel lying around that would work for one of the above or other calibers, let me know. I want to stay away from calibers that would require opening up the bolt face.

brassbenderMan, you're my kind of guy! I make my mind up the same way when it comes to a new rifle.
Good luck.
