About 20 years ago, when my daughters were shooting competitive small bore, there was a group of products marketed under the name, Pal.

There was Marine Pal, Sports Pal and Reel Pal. I purchased a set of these products from a guy that wrote an article in Precision Shooting about the use of these products for a bore cleaning routine for small bores. The products worked and the Marine Pal was extremely useful in cleaning and breaking up rust spots, etc.

Is anyone aware of distributors of this product line?
