McCrayBack From Hunt with Classic Safaris
Just returned from a 14 day hunt in Namibia with Vaughan Fultons
Classic Safaris. I'll get back with the details but the bottom line is that in 10 and a half days of hunting, the score was leopard, buffalo, kudu, gemsbock, springbok and zebra!
Here are a few pics...

Congrats, great pictures and great trophies. BTW, that buffalo must have had great "hair genes". That's the hairiest buff I've ever seen! jorge

Wendell ReichSo what did you do the other 8 days ... sleep in?
Vaughan called me as soon as he could to tell me about the cat. I was very happy to hear it.
Lhook7 is going to shed big tears when he sees this. I believe he chased the same cat on his hunt.
It might also interest people to know that Gert (Holding the Leopard) is not a short guy by any means!
This is a very nice cat. Congratulations Joe, you have earned it.

mikeh375Joe, that is fantastic! And, for those who haven't met Gert yet, he stands 6'7", so that is one huge cat! Way to go!

Brain1Was the cat taken in the Etosha area or was it Caprivi? That is one hell of a cat.

Charles_HelmHell of a kitty -- we need more details.
Nice buff too.
I see Gert has not bought himself a new pair of pants, though!

Congratulations.

By the way, I am intensely jealous!

I've locked myself in my home office with a bottle of Scotch. I blame it all on Wendell for not talking me into a 21 day leopard hunt instead of 14.

Brain1Thats right it's all Wendells fault. I wanted to go this year but he said there were no leopards left. I have to wait until 08. Patients is now the word of the day. Again, that is one hell of a great cat. Good job.

That was exactly what I thought when I saw that photo. That is one big cat! Congratulations Joe. Looks as if you had one busy and successful hunt(s). I assume you hunted both areas. Please post the report. I can't wait.
