Has anyone ever used Ron as a booking agent? How about Scottco Safaris or Mopane Ranch. He is offering me a really good deal( I feel) for a 10 day plains game hunt in Transvael South Africa with charter air. Any experiance with either would help- This will be my first african trip

I've booked with Ron for hunts in Zimbabwe, Alberta and Tanzania and he represents some top-notch guides and outfitters. His wife Barbara is a great resource and much easier to talk to about getting your travel schedule set up. Ron can get abit verbose and overpromise on some things but he usually means well. Just remember most booking agents are just used car salesmen in wolf's clothing. Always check refernces!
