David WBuffalo/Plains Game with Brent Hein at BVC
Thank you Forrest. I appreciate your words.
Mike, I'll be happy to send you the lion photo. Just PM me your email address.
muygrande, I did hunt Fimbiri in 2008 and had a great time. I knew it would be a good spot for a family hunt. Thanks for the yeehaw!

LR3Just to add my .2c. Brent is great guy and super with kids. I really appreciated the lessons about life he taught my son at the age of 16 like how to be good to his mother and future wife. " the best you can do to love your kids is love their mother.". My son loved the coaching on rifles and especially shotgun bird shooting. He says it's the best trip he s ever had and he has had many. Expect fast shooting pace but if you want a more leisurely pace, just ask for it. We spent 5 days of looking at about 6 breeding herds and 13 Dhaka bachelor groups before we found an fantastic buff. I ve done two trips with Brent and both were very happy and memorable including with buffalo Tsotsies coming at us and an elephant chasing us in his LC.

Nice to see you have all decided to wear his famous african hunting boots!
Always been intrigued by the desire to walk/hunt with these shoe types, and would love to hear a valid reason, reason enough for me to perhaps want to hunt with them.

Neil, I'm not sure I can offer a valid reason except they work for me. I started out wearing Russell boots and wore Courtneys on one hunt, then switched to Tevas in 2002 and never looked back. I also wear them a lot at home during the summertime.

Ali HakimFantastic photographs, this is a great hunting area where I've managed to hunt a couple of times. The great trophy selection and eventual harvest is a signature trait of Brent; a bit temperamental at times, but you can be sure that he will give it a 110% to get you the best trophy that is on ground. One of the best PH's I've hunted with. Well done guys and great going Brent. Looking good Michelle, hope the big guy has mellowed a bit, cheers
