I moved those three topics to the top of the order. As these topics are "reference" items, I like to keep them near the top so new members can see them.

Will this version of UBB allow you to "thumbtack" posts? That will keep them at the top automatically.

Not that I know of, I can't find anything that would allow a "thumbtack".
