Haven't hunted with them, but judging from what I have seen on the television shows, it looks like you spend your time in a blind overlooking a waterhole/feeding station while herds of animals come pouring in. You'd probably shoot your list fairly easily. I would talk to lots of people before making my decision. If you're going to make that long plane ride, make sure the outfitter offers the kind of experience you're looking for.
