jkhunterIs it always the Outfitters Fault
Ridge man if Graham wanted to chat and sort out he should have found me. I am not going to go out my way to run after him, I left a message at the chapungu stand for him if he wanted to see me, to no avail.
Graham has not responded to the last few months attempts from the lawyers to sort out so why should I now chase after him.

lavacaTwo observations. As a client, my view is that it's generally the client's fault. I hunt with friends who I've made over the years and I think that's the best approach. Never had a problem. I don't use agents; I usually get a discount of at least the majority of the agent's commission.
Second, any PH who would buy goats to use as bait because his client couldn't hit anything to use as bait is bat shit crazy if he would let that same client drop the hammer on chui.

BwanamichJustin,
I may have missed it but can't see where you posted Graham's buff hunting permit?

jkhunterBwana scroll one page back and you will find all permits posted, also to page 3 for the receipt from payments made for permits

jkhunterMorning Bwana
If it's not part of the permits I have posted then they will be either with the outfitter or with the export taxidermist in Arusha,
All I know is that as the Agent I went above and beyond what I should have to please a client. So any work further now as far as paperwork and permits will come out in the discovery period of the trial, if we ever make it there.

fujotupuJambo JK,
As far as I am aware the export has to be done by the outfitter, under whose umbrella the hunt was conducted and important documentation like GHPs, copies of Trophy Register, Trophy Invoices/Receipts, Export Permit, etc. must/should be contained in the client's folder at the outfitter's premises.
Rather strange therefore that you were able to readily obtain and post all the relevant hunting and export permits but not the one pertaining to the 2 dead buffalo.
As the client's agent I would say it was your obligation to cater for his requirements; after all he booked the hunt with you and not Freddie Martin.

jkhunterFujotupu who said I a cant get them? I actually got it today from Arusha Taxidermist, I only had the original paper work from the Safari before the change,
I did not connect with the Outfitter before to get the Selous paper work as he handled this all, all paper work is in order other wise export permits for the trophies would not have been issued,
I have also received a letter from the Wildlife Department Directors office that they are happy with the conduct of the Safari and that all papers are in order,
the client actually tried to contact the Wild Life office in November 2013 to try get some ammunition for him self, first thing they said when they contacted me for info was why did this guy only contact us now if he hunted in 2010,
I am finished trying to convince the AR Jury as to all the ins and outs of this case, in the end of the day, the client hunted shot his animals successfully, was un able to import his Leopard because of Australia Laws and landed up not paying his out standing accounts,
from a principle stand point I have chucked good money at a bad dept knowing I was fighting a loosing battle,
Its funny how up till today I have been open enough to share ever part of this disaster with AR but the Client has still not once posted his Photos of his hunt with him smiling behind his animals taken
I wonder why?

I did not say you couldn't get them - I said "you could readily obtain AND POST all the relevant ones BAR the permit for the 2 shot buffalo." (see above quote).
You have now managed to retrieve it from the "Arusha Taxidermist" - a very commendable effort on your part.
Now to put a lid on this distasteful episode you really ought to post it in order to complete the evidence.

jkhunterWell you do some PI work your self, look on the export papers for the permit number and follow up your self, I don't have a inclination at all in trying to satisfy your needs as a back room Judge,
Obviously un like you I have better things to do with my time, and one of those is going hunting, and getting some great memories and trophies for my self.
So while you sit there thinking of something clever to say as always
I am packing my things and heading off to hunt a Leopard , a couple of Buffalo and maybe a Elephant.
And yes I have the permits for those or would you like to see that as well,

What's the big deal?
You claim to have the Msolwa permit/s so why are you getting all up tight about posting it/them? - You posted all the others without too much of a fanfare.
