ForrestB21 DAY PLAINS GAME WITH MOKORE ZIM/MOZAMBIQUE (Finally finished) Lots more pics 11/19
Mark, I've been sidetracked for the last couple of months and I completely missed this trip report until today. Congratulations on such a memorable safari and on 27 years of marriage.
It's good to see so much hunting success come to someone who knows just how difficult it can be to pull off such a trip. You've certainly paid your dues. The pics are great but the story is priceless. Thank you for taking the time to share your adventure with us.

MARK H. YOUNGForrest,
Thanks so much for the nice words. It was a dream safari with some incredible luck but I did know what I wanted and set up the safari to hunt the best areas for everything. It took 3 camp changes but it was worth it.

AndersGreat report with nice pictures and a bunch of wonderful trophies.

How did you hunt the grysbok?
I have hunted the cape grysbok with flashlight - and gun of course

. Same for the sharps?

MARK H. YOUNGAnders,
Actually we went late enough in the year so most of the grass was down and we saw quite a few grysbok in Zim and Moz during the daylight. One stood still just long enough for me to shoot him but there is nothing wrong with hunting them at night. These little buggers are just plain difficult.
