Chewore South with Alan Shearing
Had a great hunt with Alan booked thru Charlton McCallum Safaris - tuskless cow ele was the booking and about the only other quota left was a buff cow which also proved a challenging stalk. Late October is certainly hot but low humidity. Stayed in Angwa camp operated by Roger Whittall. Highly recommend Alan as a PH and all the logistical side was well covered by Charlton McCallum. 416 Rigby was just boringly effective with Swift A frames and GS Custom flatnoses! Congrats on a great combo hunt for buff and ele. Look forward to the details and pics.

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.
